Mt. Pilatus
Sometimes they say the journey is more of a pleasure than the destination. While I've found that to be the case in many of my photographic endeavors, It's difficult to say the same in regards to reaching the top of Mt. Pilatus. There's hardly words to describe taking in the town of Lucern and the nearly 73 Alpine peaks below with air as rich as a fine wine. I met fellow hikers, climbers, even a few hang gliders who told me about their daily routine of climbing up and flying down.. what're you doing with your retirement?

Relationship with nature
That feeling you've got right now? It's your soul in search of itself as you meditate on the rocky crevice. Or it's just your soul leaving you hyperventilating in the Alpine air because you made one too many trips to the local bakery before the climb

Watch Your Step
And Know When To Pray
The 'Klimsenkapelle' is a beautiful church perched near the edge of the last leg of the ascent before you reach the peak of Mt. Pilatus. Well worth the hike to reach its walls that has offered refuge to climbers for over 100+ years
